We know how hard all our team work at Zoology so it’s amazing when other people recognise their efforts too! On October 11th, the team went along to the London Hair & Beauty Awards at the Marriott Hotel in Mayfair and we took home both awards that we were nominated for. Lola picked up the title of Junior Stylist of Year whilst our salon manager, Zena, scooped Men’s Stylist of the Year, making a double win for the Zoology team. Lola and Zena were shortlisted based on votes received from the public voting over the last few months and were delighted to be crowned overall winners on the night. We all had a great evening with a 3 course dinner, champagne and after celebrations!
The Awards also allows the opportunity to fundraise for a worthwhile cause and this year helped raise over £900 for the official charity partner, Make A Wish Foundation UK who grant magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions.
Zoology director, Mark says; “We are absolutely delighted to be taking home the title for not just one, but both of the awards we were finalised for. I am extremely proud of Zena and Lauren for their title wins against London’s very best hair stylists. It is great they been recognised for their hard work, hairdressing talent and impeccable customer service that they bring to Zoology”.
